Dax Moy Booked On Oprah!

Well, not just yet but with your help, I WILL be... and within the next 100 days!

(That means that in order for me to accomplish this as a Magic Hundred Goal it'll have to be completed by 7th October 2008)

See, after yesterday's post about being invited to meet the Queen I was sitting around thinking "Who else would I really like to meet? Who could really help me spread the message about achieving great success with their goals and dreams?"

Then I thought... "OPRAH!" and with that, my mad plan to get on Oprah was born : )

And I need YOUR help to accomplish this very, very, VERY tough goal within the next 100 days. (Do you know how hard it is to get on the show?)

I need you to visit this link http://www2.oprah.com/email/reach/email_showideas.jhtml and explain why you think that the MAGIC Hundred would be a great story for the viewers of the show.

It doesn't have to be an essay or anything but ANYTHING you can say to show the potency of the MAGIC Hundred approach (like how it's helped you or how different it is to other methods you've tried) will help make my goal a reality.

What's in it for you?

Well, there's a kind of unwritten rule that says that whenever you ask a person to do something for you, you should always make it clear what's in it for them.

In this case, I can't truly say that there will be anything in it for you.

There are no free gifts, no 'bonus' downloads, no money-off vouchers and such. Partly because I don't want 'bribery' to be the reason I get on the show and partly because I feel it would cheapen what I'm trying to do here.

So I guess there's NOTHING in it for you to help me.

But I hope you will.

I hope you have felt in some way touched by the MAGIC Hundred and see the true value in it not only for yourself but for those who have yet to learn that there's a better way to get the things you want from life.

If you do then please pop on over and tell Oprah's editorial team all about it at http://www2.oprah.com/email/reach/email_showideas.jhtml

It'll only take you around a minute but will make a huge difference not only to myself but to all those people who've never even heard about the program.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Dax Moy

P.S - If you DO petition Oprah then please leave a comment here on the blog so that I can figure out how many of you are involved in the 'totally unrealistic' and crazy goal of mine : )

P.P.S - You wouldn't believe how many of the things I've already accomplished have been totally unrealistic and crazy!

Dax Moy To Meet The Queen!

You know, since I first created The MAGIC Hundred I've been amazed at the power of my 'little goal achievement program' and both the speed and the size of the goals I've managed to accomplish over the years.

As I explain in the program, I went from a struggling £5 an hour gym instructor to a published author, journalist, TV fitness celebrity, gym owner, international speaker and the highest paid fitness professional in the UK.

I've been to the Amazon, the Australian Outback, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Venice, Pisa, Florence, Rome and, well, too many great places to mention.

I've free falled over the Great Barrier Reef, Swam in Crocodile and Pirhana infested rivers, scuba dived with giant Manta Ray in the Red Sea and even survived the Tsunami with my family in Thailand (we were walking onto the beach as the wave came in!).

I've worked with A-List actors, world-ranked athletes, Best-Selling authors and multi-platinum selling pop and rock stars.

Yep, I've done a lot over the last few years and every single thing I've done can trace its roots back to the specific goals I've set as part of The MAGIC Hundred system I've been so fortunate to have been part of over these last few years.

Yet despite all of these successes there are still times when you feel the need to 'test' the system a little with something so specific, so 'out there' that you could never have predicted or expected it to happen.

So, in my most recent MAGIC Hundred I chose to set a goal that would truly test the program.

I wrote that I wanted to meet The Queen.

Just a little goal, right? : )

Well, it's funny how these things come together.

As soon as I decided to set this as a goal, I mentioned it to a few people and 'stuff' started to happen.

What kind of stuff?

The kind where, yesterday a letter arrived saying... "The Chief Of The General Staff Invites Mr Dax Moy to a Garden Party at Buckingham Palace...." (The rest of the details and dates witheld for security).

It ssems that this year marks the Centenary of the Territorial Army and, as a former soldier and friend to someone who is currently serving, I've made the shorlist of guests.

So, I'm going to meet the Queen!

The MAGIC Hundred strikes again!

Once again proving that there's a mighty big difference between goal-setting and goal-getting.

If the program can help me write books, get on TV, meet and work with famous people, travel the world and meet someone as far outside of the normal worlds that most of us inhabit as you can possibly imagine (after all, how many people do YOU know who can personally introduce you to the Queen?) then it can pretty much do anything right?

So set your goals the MAGIC Hundred way today.

Set 'em big.

Then take the actions laid out in the program and bring 'em to life.

Truth, joy and love

BTW - I'm planning some pretty big things for my next round of MAGIC Hundred goals. Some which will make meeting the Queen like pretty simple stuff...

Thomas Edison's Success Formula

You know, I used to think that in order to become successful that I had to create unique ideas that no-one, not anothersoul on the planet had had and then do my best to market them before others had their own 'unique' ideas that were the same as mine (think about that for a second)

I used to think that if someone took one of my ideas and used it tomake money then they were somehow stealing something from me and weakening my position so that my own success would falter and that if I did the same with theirs that this somehow made ME a thief.

I used to think "I can't do that, it's already been done... I've missed the boat on this" and quit projects that I'd been passionate about because someone 'beat' me to bringing it to market.

I used to.

But not anymore.

Now I realise that no idea is truly unique but that each of us hasa unique way of applying (or failing to apply) our ideas to ourlives. Because of this, there is more than enough room forEVERY idea any of us ever have.

If this wan't the case then there would only ever be one of anytype of commodity or item in the world.

One type of car.
One type of TV.
One type of washing machine.
One type of [Insert what YOU do here]

But there's not is there?

There are hundreds, if not thousands of each of these things.

Why not one more?

Now I realise that every person who came before me and everyone who
follows gets an equal share of all the information and ideas of allthe generations who precede them. It doesn't make sense NOT to use
it.

You wouldn't dismiss reading because someone else 'invented' it
would you?

You wouldn't rid your home of electricity because someone else beat
you to it?

You wouldn't pass up medical help because you had no hand in the
founding of medical knowledge, right?

So what if what you want to do is already in existence? If you want
to do it, and do it your way then do it!

Life isn't like school.

There's no teacher who's going to mark you down for copying the kid
next to you.

Copy all you want.... then improve.

Now I realise that Thomas Edison's formula for success is the
fastest, surest way to guarantee that you get what you want from
life.

"...start where the last man left off."

See, you really don't have to re-invent the wheel. In fact, that's

just not smart.

It's wasteful.

But...

You CAN paint the wheel the colour your want it.
You CAN use different materials.
You CAN make it bigger or smaller, wider or narrower.

You CAN.

So, if it feels like success has been eluding you and that your'unique' ideas never seem to go anywhere or that others 'beat youto it' before you get the rewards, then try Edison's approach.

Start where the last person left off and add your signature to an
existing success.

Try it today!

P.S - It's always easier to improve on someone elses idea thanstart from scratch. That doesn't mean that the improvement isn'tjust as valuable (or more so) than the 'original' idea. The ideayou improve upon may change millions of lives whilst the one youinsist upon being original may never see the light of day... worththinking about!

My MAGIC Hundred program is based upon ideas that came from the work of those before me and has made me pretty wealthy by most people'sstandards whilst at the same time improving the lives of everyone who uses it...
