Slumdog Secrets To Goal Achievement

During last night’s flight to Bangkok I watched the movie everyone’s been talking about recently…

Slumdog Millionaire.

You may have heard about it? : )

Now, I’m not big on reviews for movies. I always teach my family not to make their decisions in life about ANYTHING based on whether others or not like, dislike the movies, books or trips that they want to take.

I always tell them to experience it for themselves and make up their own minds.

Good advice, yes?

Well, I’ve gotta tell you, I can see why everyone was raving about Slumdog. It’s a seriously excellent film… if you watch it for more than entertainment, that is.

Don’t get me wrong, as entertainment it’s still a great movie, but the real value comes from the lesson that the main character teaches throughout the movie.

It’s invaluable in fact.

In case you haven’t seen it, Jamal, the lead character is an orphaned slum kid who grew up on the streets with his brother and did what he needed to do to survive, including thievery and conning the unsuspecting tourist and the like.

The film shows him winning the unlikely 20,000,000 rupees on the show Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and includes scenes of torture at the hands of the police when they suspect him of winning the sum as part of some great scam.

It seems to them that this uneducated ‘slumdog’ couldn’t possibly know the answers to the show’s toughest questions so he must be cheating yet, as they replay question after question on video he tells the tale of how he came to know the answers to each one.

He learned them through the experience s of actual events that happened to him as he was growing up.

Each event he experienced created an association to some snippet of trivia that the most educated would struggle to remember, yet that this young ghetto boy knew off by heart because he had actually lived the answers.

THERE’S the secret to gaining true knowledge and that’s what I wanted to share today. Read all the books you want. I encourage it fully. It’s important that you do. But nothing, NOTHING in your life becomes true education, true learning without actually experiencing it for yourself.

Until you translate what you see or hear into action of your own, it’s all just information, just data. A series of random numbers and letters on paper. It’s of no real value.

Act on it though and, wow! Everything changes!

Learn one new thing today then bring it to life by acting on it and see for yourself why they say ‘knowledge is power’.

Truth, joy and love

P.S – You are what you DO!

It doesn't matter how many books you read, youtube videos you watch or even, dare I say it, at some point you have to DO stuff.

Stop watching from the sidelines when you could be playing the game yourself!

--Lyrics From 'Ten Years Time' by Gabrielle

I love those lyrics .

They always 'get' me.

They remind me that every single day of my life, the clock's ticking and the time
left to do experience all that I want to be, do and have is getting less.

They remind me that time passes by regardless of how I spend it, so I better spend it well if I want to get to where I say I want to go.

You too.

The program will keep you on track and focused on speding every day of the next 100 days moving toward your goals faster and easier than ever.

But at midnight it goes up in price to $97 to reflect all the recent changes to the program.

…And Guarantee That All Of Your Other Goals Come True Too!

==>How To Build And Strengthen Your Relationships To Add New Depth And Meaning To Your Life

==>How To Finally Gain The One Thing That’s Keeping You From Having Everything You Want In Life

==>How To Generate All The Cash You Could Ever Want Faster Than Ever Before

==>How To Plug Your Life Back Into The Mains… And Crank Up The Juice!

==>How To Stay On Track, Keep Going And Make Sure Life Doesn’t Get In The Way

All of this is brand new and original content for the rewrite so you're going to be the first to see it.

Of course, you'll also get the audio's and the 100 days on stay-on-track emails that accompany the program as well asa bunch of other materials that I'll be adding to the program each and every week to ensure you get the most out of it and achieve all of your goals.

And yes, you're covered by a 60-day no-hassle guarantee meaning that if you don't rate the program for any reason that you can get a full refund without any argument from me : )

(Personally I'd happily give you 100 days of guarantee but the merchant account I use will only allow 60 days)

Stop The Bleeding For Goal Achievement Success

Well, were now just 4 days out from the start of the next MAGIC Hundred 100 day challenge and, whilst the late nights I'm putting in to get it all finished in time are pretty tiring, I must say, I'm really much more excited than tired and REALLY looking forward to getting started : )

In fact, I've been so excited that most nights over the last 10 days or so that I've only been averaging about 4-5 hours sleep... oops!

But hey, that's the price that must be paid for success on this project, right? If I want it to work out the way I want it to, then I simply must pay that price or it won't happen. There's a lesson there...

I guess that's what makes the MAGIC Hundred so effective too. You know EXACTLY how long you'll be playing the game so you know EXACTLY how to manage your time, your energy and your passion for the duration. It's like running a race. If you know at the start that it's 10km then you can set out at the right pace to run the race through to its completion as quick as you're capable of.

If, on the other hand, I simply told you to put your running shoes on, opened the door and shouted 'RUN!' then you wouldn't have a clue what pace to run at, how long you were expected to run for or even, what the purpose of the run was would you?

It would make it very difficult to stay motivated and inspired if you never knew where the finish line was and you'd simply get frustrated, burned out and fed up of the whole thing.

You'd quit.

And that's what MOST people do with their goals.

They set out with a head full of goals and a bunch of excitement and positive thoughts about what they'll accomplish 'this time' yet, in pretty short order they grind to a halt and quit.

The MAGIC Hundred is different though. Because you know the 'race' is being run for just 100 days you can give it your all and, because you are, you get more done faster than ever before. Just knowing the exact date that you'll be crossing the finish line makes a massive difference.

I love the simplicity of this approach! (Yes, I know I'm the author of the program but I can still love it!) : )

In fact, you'll find that the whole of the program is FILLED with six-year-old-simple exercises throughout, meaning that you won't have to worry about trying to figure out a bunch of well meaning yet totally confusing theory and success philosophy and instead just focus on DOING the things that will bring your goals to life.

Good huh? : )

Of course, if you've l already been through the program, you know the power of this but still, with all the new material I've added, I've made it simpler than ever which means you'll be getting your results even faster.

For example, here's just one example of a new little exercise that I've added to the program. It's super-simple yet I've found that for myself and others who I've coached through it has made a difference within days and even hours of going through the process.

Perhaps you'll find the same.

Download my STOP THE BLEEDING Workbook for FREE right here, right now and go through it today. Then post me a comment to let me know how you found it.

I'd love to hear about your experience with it... please! : )

4 Days and counting....

This Star Of 'The Secret' said WHAT About The MAGIC Hundred?

Bob Proctor Of the Secret Loves Dax Moy's MAGIC Hundred Goal Achievement Program!

Hey There!

It's almost midnight here in the UK and I'm still busy, busy, busy working on adding the finishing touches to the all new 'souped up' version of The MAGIC Hundred Goal Achievement Program.

You know, when I first wrote the original program, I thought it was a pretty complete and thorough program already and, judging by the feedback I got for it, so did thousands of others.

In fact, even Success guru and start of the hit law of attraction movie 'The Secret' was so impressed by it that he raved about it to his own subscriber list and helped me turn it into an amazing success story in its own right, grossing $107,000 in the first 7 days after its release.

Here's what he said...

""Dax Moy has truly impressed me, he did something which is pure

Dax has approached Financial Success much like a professional Astronomer. He charted every move he made while he was multiplying his own income, which has enabled him to transfer this valuable information to you and others.

Make certain you apply these suggestions exactly as Dax Moy has them laid out. Get the Law of Attraction working for you like Dax and I have it working for us."

Bob Proctor - The World's Leading Motivational Speaker and Success Strategist and Star Of 'The Secret'

With a testimonial like that, the MAGIC Hundred certainly didn't need a rewrite, yet over the last 2 years I've learned so much more about achieving goals rapidly that I just felt compelled to write add what I've learned to the program and share it with my readers both old and new.

So I have and I am! : )

In fact, this time round I've added even more strategies for achieving financial, educational, adventure, relationship and contribution goals faster than ever.

In addition, I've added new audios, videos, teleseminars and, of course, a new series of daily messages to motivate, inspire, keep you on track and, if necessary, kick you in the pants to make sure you stay on track and get stuff done for the
full 100 days so that it will be impossible for you to fail.

It's going to an amazing 100 day journey, and I'm sure you're going to love every minute of it so make sure you don't miss the official start of the next 100 day challenge at midnight on Sunday.

In the meantime, watch this video just 1 more time. You know you want to : ) (Just put your name at the end of the link)

Truth, joy and love

Dax Moy

P.S - If you already own a copy of the program you'll be receiving the new copy for free with my compliments at midnight on Sunday. if you DON'T then pick up a copy any time between now and then to ensure that you're in line and ready to go come Monday morning. And of course, you'll be getting both the old AND the new versions of the program too : )

Think Your Goals Are Too Big? Watch This!

Getting lots of emails at the moment from people who've been reading the free chapter of Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich that I gave away on the blog on tuesday. People are telling me that they love the book already, even though they've only had a taster.

I've also had a lot of people tell me that they really do want to believe in all this 'goals stuff' but that they're afraid to dream big and stretch themselves to achieve their goals because the goals seem so unrealistically huge compared to where they're at right now.

I understand.

Goals can seem that way at times.

That's why it's important to just stand back and gain a 'big picture' perspective on life sometimes.

Here's what I mean...

See, whatever goals you've got in mind are tiny compared to what's been achieved in the universe so far. The biggest thing you could possibly imagine achieving is but a speck.

So think as big as you like.

Think as big as you CAN!

Then get to work!

Here's Think And Grow Rich... With My Compliments

Well, most of you seemed to guess right, despite my red herring on the date : )

The book that started the whole chain reaction of all of my subsequent success was Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

I can't tell you more strongly how influential the book was at putting on the journey toward developing the mindset of an action-taker and subsequently for putting me on the path to reading, studying and taking action on the many goals that I've gone on to achieve over the last 8 years.

It's a truly amazing read.

Which is why I want to give a copy of the book as a gift. Well, the first chapter at least as this sets the stage for developing the mindset of a winner. The mindset you'll need to develop if YOU want to achieve the goals and dreams you've been thinking about for ages but, well, never gotten around to.

think and grow rich from Dax Moy

All you have to do is pop on over to my think and grow rich download page and grab it now. Don't worry, you won't have to opt in to any lists or anything, just grab the first chapter of this amazing success classic with my compliments by way of thanks for being reader of my blog and putting up with my mad ramblings : )

Just promise me one thing ok?

Promise me you'll actually READ IT!

You see, it's no accident that practically every seriously successful person you've ever heard of has a copy of this book on their bookshelf. But they didn't get successful from owning the book alone. The had to read it and then ACT upon what they read.

It's only the action that brings these timeless principles to life, but we'll be talking more about that in the days ahead, but for now just pop on over, grab the book, read it and pay attention.

Remember, this might be one of those critical moments in your life, just like it was for me. You never know, which is why you have to pay attention, right? : )

I Never Knew This Would Happen... It Could Happen To You Too!

I've been re-writing a few sections of The MAGIC Hundred today in order to update a few of the chapters with things I've learned since I originally launched the program in January 2007.

As I was writing away, it dawned on me how much my life has changed in the 2 short years since the program was released and how a simple decision at one moment in time can DRASTICALLY alter the hundreds, thousands and even MILLIONS of moments that follow.

You probably know what I'm talking about as it's happened to all of us, but I've got to tell you, when I started out with my 'little idea' all those years ago (even before I wrote the program) I had no idea where it would eventually lead me. No idea at all!

I mean, when I left the regular army about 8 or 9 years ago I had nothing.

No qualifications (I'd left school at 16 without taking my exams), no money (I was completely broke) and no obvious means to get either. To make matters worse, I had a young wife, 3 young kids and another one on the way, and nothing remotely approaching the slightest hint of how I was going to support them, let alone give them the things that every father and husband wants to provide for their family.

We were living in high crime council accommodation on a housing estate in North London (in what in the U.S would be known as 'projects') and claiming social security benefits in order to pay the bills and get by and dreaming of ways to improve upon our situation so that we could give our kids some of the better things in life.

I took many temporary jobs including bodyguarding, roadsweeping and even working in sewers in order to get the little bit of extra cash we needed and supplemented my income with my Reserve Forces pay from my territorial army unit weekends, camps and courses, but as fast as I was able to earn a little money it seemed to be eaten up on bills of every conceivable type so that, no matter how hard I worked, we were never able to get ahead.

It was frustrating to say the least but, like most people, it was a frustration i just had to learn to tolerate. After all, my bills had to be paid, right?

Then one day after an army weekend, I noticed one of the other guys in my patrol was reading a book in the back of the truck on the way home. He was coming to the end of it and as he finally turned the last page he glanced up and noticed me looking in his direction. Seeing I was bored he offered me the book, which I gratefully took and in that moment... started a chain reaction of events that would totally transform my life!

I'm not exaggerating.

I read that book all the way home, persuaded my patrol-mate to lend it to me until later in the week and took it home and read, and read and read.

Now, what was surprising to me was that this wasn't a new book. It was old. REALLY old, like 1920's, yet as I read through it I felt as though it had been written specifically with me in mind as it described many of the very things that I had been going through and, more importantly, why.

It told me to hold a major definite purpose uppermost in my mind, pursue it with all vigor and not to quit on it until I accomplished what I'd set out to accomplish.

So I did!

I'd always had an interest in fitness and having boxed, done martial arts and been a soldier, knew that I was naturally gifted in this area as well as passionate. I'd seen ads posted for gym instructor jobs but when I enquired they told me to go get a civilian qualification and they'd consider employing me. Trouble is, I didn't even have the £325 I needed for the YMCA gym instructor course, but the book said that I shouldn't let that put me off, so I set about getting a bunch of temporary jobs to raise the cash.

Eventually I did the course, got qualified and went back to the gym where they told me they only had work for me for 2 hours a week in the shifts that no-one else wanted and that the pay was a measly £5 an hour. I took the job and again, changed the course of my life.

In short, that job led to me becoming a personal trainer, becoming a trainer led me to owning my own studios, owing my own studios led to me working directly with people like Bob Proctor and Joe Vitale from The Secret and working with those guys led to me writing the MAGIC Hundred Goal Achievement Program which sold over $107,000 in the first 7 days of launch and that has led to me traveling the world, speaking at international events and teaching my own rapid goal achievement philosophy to thousands and thousands of people.

Since making that first teeny-tiny decision to read that book instead of going to sleep like my patrol-mates, literally EVERYTHING about my life has changed and I find myself in the weird and rather unlikely position of being some kind of 'goals guru' to people from all around the world who I've never even met and earning more money than I ever thought I'd earn whilst traveling the world and having all kinds of adventures.

It's very strange indeed!

Nice, but strange : )

I now live the kind of life that I'd only dreamed about before with travel all over the world to jungles, deserts and arctic wastelands as well as luxury hotels, secluded islands and all manner of other places that I'd only ever seen in books before I started on this amazing journey that my life has become.

But looking back at how I got to this point in my life and the opportunities I now have before me, I can honestly say it all started with reading that one book. It's as though that one decision was like setting a compass bearing just slightly off course to the original path I'd been on at the time, yet which over the weeks, months and years has moved far off the original course to deliver me to the place I'm at now.

I guess you're wondering 'What's this got to do with me?' right?

Well, nothing I guess...

You see, just as my own life has been created by each of the decisions I've made along the way, so has yours.

Everything you've experienced so far is the result of the decisions you've made (or failed to make) up to this point.

That's a fact.

The good news is that that means you can also decide where you want to go, what you want to do and who you want to be just by the simple and straightforward act of making a decision right now. I mean LITERALLY right now!

Just choose to act on something you've been putting off, something you've been 'thinking about' or something that's been tickling away at the edge of your mind and you too could find yourself living the life of your dreams in some not-too-distant future.

I mean it.

It happened to me so why not you?

Make a decision TODAY my friend.

Set a new course!

Truth, joy and love

Dax Moy

P.S - I almost forgot, I bet you want to know what that book was that started off my magnificent adventure, right?

Put your best guess below and I'll tell you tomorrow : )

Ready For the Next 100 Days Of Goal Achievement?

You know, today marks day 102 of 2009 meaning that a full MAGIC Hundred cycle has just been completed and another one is about to begin.

How did you do?

Did you go all out and achieve most of your MAGIC Hundred list or did life get in the way, just like it always does?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not judging you here, it's just a question and, like you, I've had my fair share of life getting in the way too. In fact, life got in the way befor midnight on New Year's Eve for me, BEFORE I even started my first MAGIC Hundred of the year!

It's true!

I spent half the day on New Years Eve writing out my MAGIC Hundred list only to be hit by a firework and get myself a pretty nasty full depth burn to my foot. Not great but even more of a pain was the fact that my list was VERY physical this year.

VERY physical!

It involved ultra distance racing across deserts, bungee jumping, performing all manner of weird and wonderful physical acts using my body as a tool and yet, here I was, before my MAGIC Hundred had even begun and ALREADY my goals were in jeopardy.

In fact, as the hundred days went on it became painfully obvious (literally) that many of my goals were not going to happen this time around.

So what did I do?

Well, I'll tell you what I didn't do.

I didn't quit, I didn't consider myself a failure, I didn't think that my goals were over.

I simply re-prioritised.

I pursued those goals that I COULD act upon and, to be quite honest, I've surpassed many that I would never have accomplished if I'd have been pursuing the mainly physical goals I'd set for myself.

I now have 3 new businesses online all making me money, I've got some great trips under my belt and new ones about to take place and I have a great deal of projects that have come to fruition during my MAGIC Hundred journey.

Oh yes, and I also achieved one of my MAJOR adventure goals of visiting the pyramids in Egypt with my family!

And that's only the FIRST hundred days of 2009!

I'm so excited by what the NEXT hundred days will hold, I can tell you!

That's why I'm asking how YOU did.

You see, the great thing about The MAGIC Hundred is that you get to 'play' it over and over and over again, as many times as you want, and each time you get to experience more and more and more of what you want.

And I'm beginning MY next MAGIC Hundred on Monday 27th April, just 15 days away and this time I'm enhancing it in ways I've never shared before with tons of new strategies and systems to help my readers achieve results even faster.

I'm also going to run the entire program as more of a 'challenge' with daily blog updates from all of my readers as they go through the program, providing a kind of accountability and support network for the full 100 days to ensure that we get the kind of results I know are possible from the program.

Wanna play? : )

If you're ALREADY A MAGIC Hundred user then all I'll be sending you an email very shortly with instructions on how to rejoin the next challenge for free.

If you're not, then you'll need to pick up a copy of the full program from my site at to get started on building your lists and entering the challenge.

I can promise you this, the next 100 day challenge will be the most result-producing 100 days of your life... ever! I'm not hyping this up, I mean it.

In fact, if you've already been through the program, I want you to put YOUR feedback into the comments area on this blogpost so that people who are undecided can make up their own minds.

Don't hype it or make stuff up, just let people know what effect the Magic Hundred has had on your life so far. I appreciate it : )

I know you're going to love the program, so make sure you're all signed up and ready to go before the 27th (you can still sign up after then, of course, but you'll have missed the group start which I think will add a completely different dimension to your experience).

Speak again soon!

Dead Fly Secrets To Successful Goal Achievement

"How A DEAD FLY Taught Me The Secrets Goal Achievement Success"

Not that long ago, I was sitting in the reception of one of my personal training studios. It was a nice day so we had the studio door open to let in some `real' air and freshen up the place a little.

As I sat there watching people come in and out for their training sessions I noticed a large, black fly had flown in and after buzzing around for a few minutes and finding nothing of interest, it decided to leave.

It flew right past my head and with a `thump', hit the plate glass window before bouncing off and falling to the floor in a daze.

After a few seconds of circling around on the floor it took off again and took what I can only describe as a 'run-up' (flyup?) at the window in a greater attempt to get through the barrier that was keeping it from its goal of the outside world.

With an even louder `thump' the fly went down again and spent more time on the floor.

Well, to cut a long story short, that fly got up again and again and again and pounded at that window with all of its might for over 10 minutes before I had to get up and take care of a customer.

About 30 minutes later I sat back down in the same spot having totally forgotten about the fly and went back to my `people watching' when, out of the corner of my eye I saw the fly laying at the base of the window on its back, legs in the air.

It was dead.

Now, usually the death of a fly is not worthy of remembrance but this one I will always remember because its death taught me one of the greatest success lessons I've ever learned and I continue to reap the benefits of its teaching to this day.

(In fact, just before posting this message today I realised that I'd forgotten the lesson I'd been taught and realised why I'd been feeling a little stressed and frustrated today)

What Did It Teach Me?

That Working HARDER Simply Doesn't Work!

You see, in theory, that little fly was doing everything right. (According to the goal setting experts anyway)

It had a clearly defined goal − To get out.

It had passion − It risked and eventually paid with its life.

It was willing to work as hard as necessary to bring about its goal.

In fact, that little bug kind of reminded me of Me!

Actually, not only did it remind me of me, but of many, great people
that I'd met who knew what they wanted, had passion and were willing to work as hard as necessary to achieve their goals but who were, over and over again bashing their heads in on the same invisible barrier that did for that fly.

And whilst it may not have ended in physical death for the trainer (I hope not!), nearly always it ends in the death of their hopes and dreams which, to me at least, is pretty much the same thing.

No, at that very moment it was clear to me that working harder would only ever
take me so far but that, if I were willing to do what the fly and so many other people were unwilling to do, I could achieve far more than I was that time.

All I Had To Do Was...

Change My Strategy!

You see, that's where that little fly had gone wrong and, truth be told, where I had gone wrong so many times, (including this morning!) is that it doggedly stuck to the same strategy even once it had failed to work.

Instead of flying 5 feet over to the open door to its freedom and whatever life awaited it beyond that invisible barrier, it continued to bang its head off of the window and, despite the fact that it was giving it everything it had and despite being so close to reaching its goal... failed miserably.

Just 5 feet in another direction would have made all the difference.

I'm sure you get the moral of the story but let me spell it out for you just in case...

If you think that working harder is going to get you what you want, you're probably wrong (unless you're really lazy already). If that were true then builders, scaffolders and any number of manual workers would be millionaires, right?

Hard work can only ever get you so far.

You've got to work smart.

You've got to look for a strategy that works and USE it rather than dogmatically sticking to one that you've become accustomed to or, like that fly, you'll end up on your back, legs in the air with nothing to show for all your time, all your efforts, all your money.

Only YOU know if your strategy is right or not.

If you're consistently achieving more, earning more and having more of the lifestyle that you always dreamed of then your strategy works. Keep using it and yes, in this case, work harder at perfecting it.

If, on the other hand, you're struggling with your income, your expenses, your time, your relationships and your health then there's no ifs or buts about it, your strategy is plain wrong.

Stop trying to make it work on muscle alone. Working harder won't get you what you want. Quit what doesn't work and start over.

So, c'mon then, what's NOT working for you? Identifying it is the starting step to change, so spill the beans : )

I have learned...

I was recently asked in another community that I run, what has my experience of life, success and failure taught me so far.

Here's my answer!

Experience has taught me...

...that the person DOING stuff will always outperform the person reading about and studying stuff.

...that excitement isn't enough to guarantee success. We all get excited about our decisions at the start but that soon fades.

...that passion for what you do is an important factor but still doesn't guarantee success. Passions can and do change during your life. Think of all the boyfriends/girlfriends you loved when you were growing up. Think about the sports you loved to play. You were passionate about them then but do you still feel the same way now?

...that PURPOSE is the most important factor in guaranteeing success. If you have a big enough purpose you can and will overcome everything before you.

...that your background (regardless of whether you consider it good or bad) is irrelevant to determining the potential of the person staring at you from the mirror right now. You have in every moment of your life the same potential as everyone else to steer a new course, learn a new skill, start a new project, the only difference between you and the successful people you admire most is that they've already done it.

...that success loves speed.

...that those who limit their actions based upon their current circumstances are likely to remain that way forever.

...that everyone wants an extraordinary life but few are willing to do anything extra to the ordinary actions that most people engage in.

...that the things we fear most can only be overcome by action. Thinking 'what if' changes nothing.

...that you should earn money to live the life you dream of not live to earn money.

...that money is a tool. Use it that way!

...that you can always get back any money you've 'lost' but you can't say the same about time.

...that we are only as valuable in monetary terms as the service we render to others. Want to earn more? Give more service, then more, then more.

...that you can't out-give the universe. Try it and you always get more back... with interest!

...that marketing is nothing more than building relationships.

...that good relationships (including family and friendships) are more important than anything else you could ever acquire in life.

...that telling the truth will make you far happier and more successful than telling lies or exaggerating.

...that if in doubt, you should give more.

..that even when you think you've given everything, you still have more to give. So give it!

...that it's faster and more profitable to learn from others who have already achieved what you want than going it alone.

...that failure is both likely and probable. Deal with it.

...that every failure, even the painful ones, is teaching you something you need to learn. So learn and get to succeeding already!

...that quitting is only failure when you still want the thing you're quitting on. At any other time, quitting is the SMART course of action.

...that true success comes from knowing what you want and then pursuing it without getting caught up in the 'thick of thin things'.

...that you won't realise how good you are at what you do until everybody else has noticed.

...that when you 'make it' some people will love you, some will hate you and the vast majority won't even know you exist. No change from where you are right now really : )

...that everything I've written here could be wrong but, like you, I'm still learning and can re-invent myself tomorrow and make good on my failings : )
